Hidden Spirits is an Italian independent bottler established in 2013 by Andrea Ferrari. The mission of Hidden Spirits is to discover and select the finest casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky to create surprising and unforgettable independent bottlings.
Before the creation of Hidden Spirits, Andrea was a whisky collector and whisky writer (blogger). He regularly flew to Scotland in order to understand the world of whisky and the industry behind it. With this knowledge he then created Hidden Spirits. Every label on a Hidden Spirits bottle is a special design by an Italian Artist.
Releases vary from younger ‘High Proof’ whiskies, to very high end old casks. Their name ‘Hidden Spirits’ already gives something away about the concept. Their mission is to create products that surprise and fascinate. As Andrea says it: “Independent bottlings are always an extraordinary experience”.

｜Distillery｜
Founded in 1852, Dailuaine Distillery is located in Speyside and is part of Diageo. Known for its rich body and pronounced sherry influence, it is a key component in Johnnie Walker blends. Longer and shorter fermentation times add layers of fruitiness, while stainless steel condensers enhance the whisky’s depth. Matured in re-charred bourbon casks, it reveals a harmonious balance of sweetness and spice.
