Hidden Spirits is an Italian independent bottler established in 2013 by Andrea Ferrari. The mission of Hidden Spirits is to discover and select the finest casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky to create surprising and unforgettable independent bottlings.
Before the creation of Hidden Spirits, Andrea was a whisky collector and whisky writer (blogger). He regularly flew to Scotland in order to understand the world of whisky and the industry behind it. With this knowledge he then created Hidden Spirits. Every label on a Hidden Spirits bottle is a special design by an Italian Artist.
Releases vary from younger ‘High Proof’ whiskies, to very high end old casks. Their name ‘Hidden Spirits’ already gives something away about the concept. Their mission is to create products that surprise and fascinate. As Andrea says it: “Independent bottlings are always an extraordinary experience”.

｜Distillery｜
Founded in 1798, Tobermory Distillery is located on the Isle of Mull in Scotland and produces both the unpeated Tobermory and the heavily peated Ledaig. The whiskies are crafted with natural color and non-chill filtration, matured in a variety of oak casks that bring together fruity and floral notes with a touch of sea breeze salinity, showcasing a distinctive island character.

Aroma: Sea spray, almond cream, candied lemon, buttery shortbread, and ginger.
Palate: Honey, almond milk, lychee, white peach, feta cheese, clove, and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and lingering, with notes of sponge cake, a subtle lacquered wood nuance, ginger, and crushed chestnuts.
