BAR KITCHEN X SHINANOYA X AQUA VITAE感謝信濃屋牽線，讓AQUA VITAE有幸與Bar Kitchen主理人岡智先生，聯合推出此款CAOL ILA作為Bar Kitchen 20週年的紀念酒。酒標設計靈感來自於岡智先生的標誌「帽子」。

在福岡市中心內的巷子，座落一家擁有超過3000瓶酒款的酒吧，其中麥芽威士忌就有2000多瓶，一踏進店裡真的很難不被這3000瓶的酒牆震撼到！Bar Kitchen由岡智行先生創立於2002年，主理人岡智先生想讓客人感受到踏進店裡就像回到家走進家裡的廚房一樣親切，於是Bar Kitchen這個名字就此誕生，在2015年岡智先生舉辦一場讓人回味無窮的伊知郎撲克牌系列品飲會，並邀請到羽生創始人後代肥土伊知郎(秩父蒸餾所創始人)擔任主講人，如今能再次喝到撲克牌的機會寥寥無幾，只能坐在吧台前欣賞那一罐罐被老饕們喝光的空瓶 。

CAOL ILA, meaning “Islay Sound” in Gaelic, is located on Islay Island, the heart of peat production. However, CAOL ILA has opted for a gentler, more delicate peat flavor. The distillery boasts the largest stills on the island, which allows for longer reflux times and greater copper contact. This process removes excess impurities, resulting in a smoother whisky. If you’re seeking a peat whisky to start with, CAOL ILA is an excellent choice, as its subtle peat flavor enhances the complexity and richness of the spirit.
