Hidden Spirits is an Italian independent bottler established in 2013 by Andrea Ferrari. The mission of Hidden Spirits is to discover and select the finest casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky to create surprising and unforgettable independent bottlings.
Before the creation of Hidden Spirits, Andrea was a whisky collector and whisky writer (blogger). He regularly flew to Scotland in order to understand the world of whisky and the industry behind it. With this knowledge he then created Hidden Spirits. Every label on a Hidden Spirits bottle is a special design by an Italian Artist.
Releases vary from younger ‘High Proof’ whiskies, to very high end old casks. Their name ‘Hidden Spirits’ already gives something away about the concept. Their mission is to create products that surprise and fascinate. As Andrea says it: “Independent bottlings are always an extraordinary experience”.

Established in 1897, Aultmore Distillery sits amid the pristine Foggie Moss wetlands, dedicated to traditional distilling craftsmanship. Known for producing fresh and delicate single malt whisky, it has long supplied high-end blends, and in recent years has showcased its distinctive character through single malt expressions.

Palate: Smooth, with cinnamon, clove, fig, raisin, quince jam, and a subtle lacquered wood nuance.
Finish: Long and lingering, with pepper, earthy tones, tree bark, chocolate, and crushed chestnuts.
