｜About the Whisky Chill Exclusive Series｜
Whisky Chill was founded with the spirit of relaxed enjoyment. While many of its visitors are seasoned whisky collectors, Whisky Chill Kaohsiung has become a destination for discovering diverse expressions and exploring the unique cask selections and personalities of different bottlers. Each year, the Whisky Chill Whisky Fair unveils a special exclusive bottling, available only at the event.

｜Label Design｜

Guided by the concept of a “classic collectible,” Whisky Chill commissioned illustrator Xiao Gui to capture the whisky’s rich texture through detailed artwork. The design integrates the backdrop of Kaohsiung Harbor—a symbol of movement and convergence, where cultures and rhythms meet—infusing the label with historical depth and a vivid sense of place.

Above the harbor, flocks of terns in flight embody mobility and collective harmony, mirroring the layered weight of Dailuaine’s spirit and the blending ethos of whisky itself. This imagery extends to Whisky Chill Kaohsiung’s core philosophy: since its founding in 2022, the fair has united cask selectors and collectors, curating immersive experiences around cask-strength and single-cask whiskies.

Different tern species soaring together symbolize the intersection of brands, cultures, and flavors—transforming the label into more than a collectible. It becomes a poetic, cross-cultural journey.

｜Distillery Introduction｜

Founded in 1852, the Dailuaine Distillery carries over a century of heritage. Its name, derived from Gaelic for “green meadow,” reflects purity and nature. Known for its weighty, meaty spirit, Dailuaine stands in sharp contrast to the typically lighter Speyside style.

In the whisky world, Dailuaine has long been a cornerstone of blends, yet it rarely appears as a single malt. This rarity makes every independent bottling a treasure—an embodiment of history, craftsmanship, and culture condensed into liquid form.
