Hellyers Road Distillery, located in Burnie, Tasmania, is one of Australia’s most renowned whisky producers. Established in 1997 by a group of dairy farmers, the distillery takes its name from Henry Hellyer, a surveyor and explorer who charted the region in the 19th century.

Known for its single malt whiskies, Hellyers Road has gained international recognition, including awards for its peated and non-peated expressions. The distillery uses locally sourced barley and pristine Tasmanian water, crafting whiskies that reflect the rugged beauty of the region.
